Shoppers will be asked to walk in to one of the locations listed below to complete a simple transaction such as a deposit, withdrawal, transfer, or payment or inquire about a specific product or service that the bank offers. Shoppers will evaluate the service they receive and report back to DSG. There is an easy to complete Yes/No evaluation report that can be done on-line.
